This LEGO model of the Chrysler Building is 2.5 feet tall and contains 1,605 pieces.
The original model was created for an international design gallery that featured LEGO creations built by over 50 international designers and celebrities, and was broadcast on news and television around the world, alongside Sean's Empire State Building.

The "gargoyles" are LEGO mini-figure scale parrots, attached with a LEGO element normally used as a coffee mug.

Since this project was very short-timeframe, there wasn't enough time to design the "starburst" shaped windows on the spire. But the curved, tapered spire makes the building easily recognizable.
