The woman that commissioned this portrait wanted to capture the energy and spirit of her family.
Squeezing this many faces into a tiny canvas of only 48 x 64 LEGO bricks means you won’t get as much facial recognition as a larger portrait… but my goal was to instead express how the family feels together, not just what their faces look like.
