For this commissioned portrait, the client specifically asked that the subject’s tattoos be noticeable in the design. Since LEGO is so blocky they are very hard to read, so I enlarged some of the tattoo patterns and included them as the background behind the subject as well.
As always, my portraits are hand-drawn (not computer-generated) and and mounted to a sturdy backing for rigidity and easy wall-hanging. Commission a LEGO portrait
